PRIVATE LABEL MOQ LAB

Compare order sizes before you commit

Put two supplier quotes side by side. See the difference in upfront cash, cost per unit and stock exposure using your own sales assumption.

Two private-label order sizes compared on a balance scale beside a stock and cash plan
Start with written quotes. MOQ means the minimum order quantity a supplier will accept for the stated product and terms. It can vary by specification, packaging, colour and supplier. This tool does not decide whether an MOQ is commercially suitable.

Enter two quote options

Use the same product specification and currency for both. Unknown charges should stay visible as estimates.

Option A Supplier quote
Option B Alternative batch size

Shared planning assumptions

The sales rate is your scenario input, not a demand prediction. Cash before first sale conservatively includes the full product order, setup, all packaging and freight. The deposit is shown separately and is part of that total, not an extra cost. Confirm actual payment dates with each supplier. Stock left is valued at an average share of the costs entered and excludes storage, returns, tax, finance and other expenses.

Illustrative comparison from your entries

This is a planning comparison, not a supplier recommendation, demand forecast, profitability estimate or financial advice. Check exactly what each quote includes and when payments are due.
